Designed by architect Matteo Thun, the J.A. Henckels Pro 2-piece carving set is precision-forged from one piece of high-carbon German stainless steel. The smooth bolster design allows for full blade sharpening from tip to heel and provides optimum comfort for the user. The blades are Friodur ice-hardened to ~57 Rockwell hardness. The set includes a 7” carving fork and 8” carving knife.
